PESGalaxy adalah salah satu patch yang digunakan untuk mengupdate PES 2015. Didalam PESGalaxy sudah ditambahkan Bundesliga & Liga Premier Inggris Full berikut dengan nama pemain yang benar, jersey serta logo klub yang sesuai dengan aslinya. Bukan cuma itu, PESGalaxy juga sudah menambahkan untuk Skybet, Liga Zon Sagres serta Serie-B.
